My husband and I just had our counters replaced with Hoover Custom Tops. From start to finish, everyone was helpful and kind. The lasering process was very quick and painless. When we went in person to pick out the stone, Brenda was incredibly knowledgeable and expedited the process. They were able to then come within a week and remove our old countertops, haul them away, and put in our new countertops and sink. The men who came out to our house were very friendly, clean, and courteous while in our home. The entire process took less than two hours and the countertops couldn't look better. They also caused no damage to our existing cabinets or flooring. Overall, we are incredibly pleased with Hoover Custom Tops and thrilled about our new counters! ~ Mary E

We traveled to Hoover Custom Tops in search of vanity tops for two bathrooms, and could not have been more pleased with the attention, service and quality of installation that we received. Everyone was so accommodating and patient as we worked through our decision process, even as I asked to personally pick the placement of the cutouts on both vanity tops. They were timely in all aspects of service and the installers were courteous and skilled. We chose backsplashes, and the patterns on both vanities were meticulously matched. We are ecstatic with our new vanities and would very highly recommend Hoover Custom tops to everyone. Additionally, we anticipate renovating our master bath in the near future and will definitely be returning to Hoover Custom Tops! Zero complaints from this satisfied customer! ~ Cindy B

Celeste, Andy, and the entire installation team at Atlantic Stoneworks were exceptional! From start to finish, they took the time to work with me, answer my questions, and make sure everything was exactly right. Everyone was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I just renovated our beach home, we had a company install quartz countertops and did an awful job. Hoover tops went over to examine my countertops within a week of being asked to. Mark was very thorough to inspect to offer me options. I ended up having to replace a few hours and he could repair 2 areas. He jumped right on it and stayed in constant communication with me. He was able to get everything replaces very quickly which was amazing, considering how busy they were. He wanted to get it done so we could enjoy our beach place before summer. Can not say enough positive about Atlantic Stoneworks! They have a wide assortment to choose from to get your perfect countertop. Their pricing was very good. I was able to go see the entire slab so no surprises. They were timely with quote, tenplate and installation. Every person i dealt with was professional and kind from Jennifer who helped with selection and quoting, Mike that showed me the slab and Eduard who installed. 10 out of 10 recommend! We are so thankful for Hoover Countertops! Our builder allowed us to shop around for our quartz counters and I am so glad he did. We went to the Hoover showroom and met with Mark who listened to our needs and wants. He made the whole process so easy from start to finish. We found his prices very competitive and we even purchased our sinks from him. The measuring and install were done in a timely and professional manner. Do you like a challenge? I challenge you to find a reputable, established countertop company who does better work, and delivers better value than these folks. I have been fortunate enough to have their help in multiple locations, with multiple projects. New countertops, …their pricing is very fair, and they get the job done, on time, no excuses, no cutting corners. We had a job with a 14 foot countertop that had to be lowered into the kitchen by a crane, … over the house and onto the back deck. But, the crane didn’t have the right angle to reach the deck, … so these guys got 8 of their team members and carried the counter top up 2 flights of narrow stairs. OMG, lol. Yes, …that happened. They perfectly matched up the veins on the quartz Calacatta countertops, like surgeons. Flowing, perfect alignment. They helped us with 4 showers thresholds, and multiple bathrooms, laundry rooms, ect. Old fashioned, ethical, reliable, trustworthy. No need to shop around. The answer is Hoover.
